transcript-lake label list

List the latest label assignment per session and aspect.

Invocation#

sh
transcript-lake [--data-dir <path>] label list [--session <id>] [--aspect <a>] [--runtime <r>] [--limit <n>] [--json]

Purpose#

List the latest label assignment per session and aspect.

Inputs and options#

  • Optional exact --session <id>, normalized --aspect <a>, and validated --runtime <r> filters.
  • --limit <n> keeps the newest n; without it every assignment is listed. --json selects JSON output.

Output and state effect#

Read-only. Collapses the append log to the newest assignment for each session/aspect and returns timestamp, identity, aspect, value, note, and source, newest first.

Exact refusals#

  • An empty aspect is refused as --aspect must be a non-empty string.
  • An unsupported runtime is refused as unknown source "bogus" (expected one of: claude, codex, omp, droid, kimi, jeden, …, aider, hooks; `transcript-lake sources` shows each with its roots on this machine), the list being every runtime of the adapter registry.
  • --limit must be a whole number of at least one; omit it to list every label.
  • Any positional argument is refused as label list accepts flags only.
  • An unrecognized --wat is refused as unknown label list flag: --wat.
  • Repeating --json is refused as label list received duplicate --json.

All long flags are exact and single-use. A value flag never consumes another --flag. Global --data-dir may appear anywhere in the invocation, must appear once, and selects an absolute root.
